In high-consequence environments, the margin for error is managed through the strength of the system. My perspective was forged over a 19-year career dedicated to the federal government’s most stringent requirements.

This journey began with 15 years in the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), where I rose to the Executive Leadership team of an AS9100-certified engineering and hardware manufacturing firm. Supporting the lifecycle of ruggedized hardware—from Navy submarines to aerospace platforms—requires a mastery of systems thinking. I developed an intimate understanding of how disparate operational layers must integrate to ensure mission success—a foundation supported by a Master’s from Villanova University, a B.S. from George Mason University, and advanced doctoral-level studies in Leadership at Liberty University. This expertise culminated in my service on the Executive Due Diligence team for the firm’s strategic sale.

Complementing this background is a four-year transition into the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) sectors, applying strategic rigor to the complex administrative and security challenges of civilian agency support. I believe the best results grow from a foundation of deep-rooted partnership. For me, this work has always been defined by the honor and joy of a shared mission.

I founded SRG to translate this “ground-up” expertise into a different kind of collaboration. My approach is rooted in authentic and servant leadership: I believe in building a firm that is as agile and trustworthy as it is technically disciplined. We understand that across the public sector, a process is only as strong as its ability to identify and correct deviations before they impact the mission. We don’t just provide consulting; we provide the systems-level integrity and American operational excellence required to protect the national interest.
